Your proposal
and your information.

The submission form collects the corresponding contact’s name and email address, proposal content, author names, affiliations and any requested biographies. A submission reference, submission time and review status are also recorded.

The conference organisers use this information to administer submissions, review proposals and communicate about participation. Submission records are held in the conference database and are available to authorised organisers, who can export them for the review process.

Please include only information relevant to the proposal. Make sure your co-authors have agreed to the submission and to the inclusion of their details. Do not include sensitive personal information in abstracts or biographies.

Proposal submission does not pay the conference fee or complete conference registration. A successful submission is acknowledged on screen with a reference number; an automated email is not sent by this form.
